My City Kuala Lumpur - Part 4

(All photos in this entry are captured using Lumix GF3)

Continued from here...

We decided to use the pedestrian tunnel to go to the other side of Jalan Parlimen. Even though the tunnel looked 'scary', but at least I've got a company. Crossing the road is not a good idea since the traffic has already been stuffed with vehicles. And the crossing spot was exactly at a traffic circle. There were traffic lights, but motorist will always ignore the red lights. So here we were, under the tunnel.

Inside the pedestrian tunnel. Dark. And the smell is so unpleasant.
I'd like to advise to not walk alone at this area even though during day time.

Outside the tunnel. We were technically underground. Feeling like a frog. :)

Underneath second tunnel

Finally. Outside the tunnel. After this we will continue walking along Jalan Parlimen.

Ever wonder how the baby tree grows on the retaining wall?

This is a drainage, in fact. But since I always observe for details, I noticed the natural miniature rock garden
inside the drain hole. Just like bonsai and rocks. But cool.

Jalan Parlimen. The pedestrian walkway is wide and with the trees planted along the road,
it can be quite shady, depends on the angle of the sun.
Well, a little bit of sunlight won't kill you anyway.

Classic shot of a sentimental feeling. :)

Mossy trunk, create an interesting motif for our next baju raya, perhaps? :)

This is Padang Merbuk. The last time I walked and drove pass this area, I saw people playing football.
Ant trust me, I never knew this was Padang Merbuk until I read this signboard. :)

We stopped here for a moment. The view could be nicer if it was the time where guys are already out to play football.

Just a little bit of walking and we will reach Taman Tasik Perdana. By this time we were dehydrated and were already screaming for water . But we need to walk for about 50m to 100 more meter towards an eating place that sells water. Are we going to continue walking, or? be continued...
